On our Manage your Licenses  page, you will find information about licences as well as a helpful table comparing the features of each license type.

Admin Access

The primary management of settings in Analytics 365 is given to the Super Administrator. Super Administrators can make some members of their organization Administrators. Administrators have limited admin access to manage permissions for their Teams, Groups and Call Queues. Go to the Admin Access page to read more.

Management of Subscription Licenses and Admin & Reporting Access

Admin access and reporting permissions should either be managed by Group via Group Policy by your IT administrator or by individual users. It is recommended that you choose one of these two methods. If your organization manages users in Microsoft 365 using Group Policy it is advisable to do the same in Analytics 365.

A guide to which permissions are appropriate to different roles in your organization can be found on our licenses pages: Insights or  Collaboration Analytics.

Other Settings
