Resellers Guide to Managing Licenses

Authorized Analytics 365 resellers can manage end user subscriptions in the reseller management portal section of the Analytics 365 store.

You can manage your end user subscriptions by logging in to the store. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page to recover it. 

Here you will have access to:

1. View subscription licenses
   
2. View or add new customers, allocating subscriptions to each customer. When subscriptions are activated the Microsoft 365 administrator is notified via email notification and permission needs to be granted  to the application. Once approval is granted, the customer can access the app in Teams. 
   

Subscriptions purchased via a reseller will be managed by the reseller. To purchase more subscription licenses the end user needs to return to the reseller to add more. The reseller manages these subscription licenses via the reseller management portal section of the Analytics 365 store. However, a super administrator can opt to automatically increase licenses when adding paid subscribers within the account settings section of the Analytics 365 app.
