Payment for Analytics 365 is made in advance. The day that you subscribe becomes your billing anniversary date. This is the date when your monthly or annual billing period begins and when you will receive your first bill.
When new licenses are added, they are billed pro-rata on the subscription anniversary date.
Billing details are managed in the Microsoft portal.
