Meeting Habits

Display meeting habits for a selection of people or an individual. Understand how many invites are sent at short notice, what percentage of invitees join, how much conversation happens outside of the meeting, if meetings join on time and how many are organized outside of working hours. Use this card to understand behaviour and habits across people to contribute to wellbeing policy, best practice reviews and performance evaluation. (Data: Scheduled meetings.)

Review meeting activity for selected people, Teams or groups to understand meeting habits, time in meetings, number of external meetings and meetings organized vs. participated. Meeting habits include percentage of meetings that overran, were attended, time spent in meetings and percentage with external participants. Use this card to review meeting trends when profiling engagement, to assess wellbeing or to understand levels of external customer engagement.)
