In-house App Set Up for Resellers
To utilize Analytics 365 within your own business at a discounted rate and become comfortable with its features follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Request approval to use the App in-house
A pop up will appear asking you to enter your Microsoft 365 Administrator's email address (an option to enter an alternative email is also provided) and to select a region for your subscription before clicking Confirm.
Please note that approval may take up to 48 hours. The status of your application is displayed below the In-house App Details section of the Reseller Management Portal.
Step 2: Connect Analytics 365 to the Microsoft account & grant app permission
Connecting Analytics 365 to the Microsoft account will allow Analytics 365 to synchronize with Teams data.
-
Please enter the Microsoft account administrator ID. An email will be sent to this address to view permission details and grant access.
-
A copy of these details can also be sent to an alternative email address.
Once the trial is activated, it will run for the full trial period. Only one trial is available per Microsoft 365 account.
When the Microsoft 365 administrator grants access, Analytics 365 will access and synchronize the following information to simplify administration.
-
Microsoft Active Directory: Analytics 365 will use this information to populate the People directory and identify the organizational relationships. It’s important that your Microsoft 365 hierarchy is current and accurate.
-
Microsoft Groups: Analytics 365 will import all Microsoft 365 Groups including Microsoft 365 Groups, Distribution Groups, Security Groups, and call queues where appropriate.
-
Click Create Customer to complete the provisioning process.
Step 3: Select Licences
Once permission has been granted, paid subscriptions can be selected. To do this,
log in to the Reseller Management Portal, click on the open icon located at the bottom of the page, after the Status description.
-
Select your data location (where your data will be stored).
-
Select your subscription type: Annual or Monthly (this has no bearing on your free trial and can be changed if you choose to continue as a paid subscriber after your free trial ends).
-
Select the number of licenses required type by clicking the + icon.
-
If you have a promo code enter it in the field provided and click Apply.
-
Click Update to save. A notification will be displayed verifying that your license selection has been successfully applied.
