Step 1: Check that you have reporting access
If you have reporting access, when you open Analytics 365, you should see a list of default dashboards. These will allow you to get up and running in minutes. If your reporting access is disabled, you will be able to
explore the app using Demo mode.
The video below will explain how reporting permissions were granted in Analytics 365. Discuss any questions you have about your reporting access with your Analytics 365 administrator.

If you only have access to view reports based on your own collaboration activity, the cards in this dashboard that will be useful are the One-to-One Trends and the One-to-One Overview cards. Cards that are not relevant can be removed.

For more information please visit the help pages on dashboards and how to edit dashboard cards. To learn more about the different dashboard cards go to our Dashboard Cards in Detail page.
If you see a warning triangle in the top bar of any card, this either means that you are trying to run a card on people who do not have a paid license to Analytics 365, or that you have not been granted permission to run reports on those individuals.
If you feel you do not have access to run cards on Teams or people that you feel would be useful in your role, please contact your administrator to extend licenses or extend your permissions.
