How to Sign Up

Analytics 365 is a Microsoft 365 certified app for visibility of Teams collaboration. Sign up in 4 simple steps to use Analytics 365 collaboration analytics to help your organization manage remote teams, motivate its people, and drive customer engagement. 

You can also sign up through an Analytics 365 certified partner by contacting your Microsoft service provider.

Step 1: Choose your Analytics 365 plan in the Microsoft Marketplace 

  1. Find Analytics 365 in the Microsoft marketplace (Appsource marketplace or Azure marketplace
  2. Choose your subscription plan and follow the steps to sign up. 
For best results and the most complete dashboards, allocate licenses to all members of the organization whose statistical data needs to be included in reports. Licenses can be re-allocated and additional licenses can be added.  

More information on purchasing Teams apps is available from Microsoft support. 

To complete step 1, please enter the following details:
  1. Select the region to store your Analytics 365 statistical data. 
  2. Enter your Microsoft Administrator ID (email address). Details on how to complete set up to this address. A copy can also be sent to an alternative email address.
Please be aware that only one trial is available per Microsoft account.

Step 2: Ask your Microsoft administrator to complete set up

Your Microsoft 365 administrator needs to authorize the app for use in your organisation. It is possible to select certain permissions, however, this will result in underperformance of the app.

Once authorization has been granted and Analytics 365 has synchronized data, you can begin using the app. (Synchronization typically takes 4-8 hours depending on Microsoft server availability and the size of your estate.)

Step 3: Download the Analytics 365 app in Teams

While you are waiting for your Microsoft administrator to authorize the app, access the demo to explore dashboards and cards using sample data. When you open the app in Teams, it will automatically open in Demo mode. 

Step 4: Start Using Analytics 365

During  your subscription, you may receive information by email about Analytics 365. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message.
