How to Provision a Reseller
Adding resellers enables you to keep a record of your resellers, their customers and billing information.
To add a reseller, sign in to the Analytics 365 store. Then:
- Go to the sub-resellers tab and click on Add a New Sub Reseller.
- Enter your sub- reseller details, including their company name, billing reference, contact name, contact number and email address. Click Add.
You will now be able to select your sub-reseller when provisioning their customers. If your sub-reseller requests an in house app for their office, simply provision them as a customer with a promo code to adjust the price.
