Collaboration Network

View an individual’s collaboration network showing intensity of collaboration across all forms of one-to-one interaction. Use this card to understand interactions and to see if your people are in contact with the people they need to be liaising with. (Data: One-to-one collaboration time in meetings, calls and chat. High: > 4 mins. per day; Medium: 2-4 mins per day; Low: < 2 mins. per day.)

Collaboration Summary

View a full summary of collaboration by people. Compare profiles of collaboration across calls, meetings and messages. Collaboration is summarized to show the proportion of activity that is internal (i.e. involving only people within your business), external (including external parties), organized and recurring. Use this card to compare profiles of collaboration to monitor wellbeing, understand activity levels or implement best practice. (Data: Calls, Meetings, Messages (chat, posts, replies and sentiment.))

One-to-One Overview 

Overview of how an individual splits their collaboration time across meetings, calls and messages, between their line manager, direct reports and others in their reporting network. Use this card to analyze an individual's profile of one-to-one engagement across their reporting network. (Data: One-to-one and group meetings/calls and chat.)
View total daily one-to-one collaboration time compared to the average across the people selected in the filter. Compare total daily collaboration to the average. Use this card to understand one-to-one engagement trends compared to the average, to profile communication preferences. People Comparison 

Compare collaboration activity of two people, across meetings, calls, messages and Teams. Use this card to monitor wellbeing, engagement or to profile people in similar roles to implement best practice. (Data: Meetings, calls, messages and Teams.)

People Summary

Summary of an individual’s collaboration across meetings, scheduled meetings, calls and messages. Meeting habits show behavioral trends and the list of top 5 one-to-one collaborators can be filtered by time in meetings/calls and total messages. Overall message sentiment and network quality are also highlighted visually in this card. Use this card to gauge wellbeing and gain a full understanding of an individual’s collaboration preferences, trends and activity. (Data: Meetings, scheduled meetings, meeting habits, calls, messages, collaboration network.)

Team Activity

Understand Team activity for one or multiple teams and expand to view a breakdown by channel. View total meetings, time in meetings and recurring meetings, posts, replies, message sentiment and active/inactive users. Use this card to understand activity levels and overall sentiment across active teams and sort columns to highlight inactive teams. (Data: Team meetings, posts and replies, active users and message sentiment (rated by Microsoft.))

Team Comparison

Compare insights, sentiment and active members side-by-side across two Teams. Use this card to compare Team profiles and identify best practice. Team Engagement

Overview of engagement activity within selected Teams, across meetings and messages, highlighting top 5 collaborators. Total activity can be viewed by date to show engagement trends. Use this card to see levels of activity in Teams and engagement trends. (Data: Team meetings (internal, external, recurring, talk time), Team messages (posts, replies, mentions, reactions), Message sentiment.)

Team Overview

Review selected Team(s) to gain an understanding of total channels, users, latest activity, meetings and messages. Use this card to understand levels of participation within selected Team channels. (Data: Team profiles, Team meetings, Posts and Replies.)

Call Summary by People

Understand meeting/call activity across your selected people. Understand how many meetings are one-to-one or co-attended. See a breakdown of meetings/calls by total talk time, video/audio/phone along with percentage external collaboration. Use this card to compare meeting/call activity across people. (Data: Meetings and calls.)
