Collaboration Analytics License Explained

Collaboration Analytics License Explained

The Teams activity (Messages, Meetings, Calls and Phone Calls) of users with the Collaboration Analytics license is available in reports for all users with reporting permissions (including those with the free Insights license).
The Collaboration Analytics License enables reporting on the activity and sentiments of internal and external communications across Microsoft Teams Meetings, Calls, Phone Calls and Messages. Users with reporting access can use this information to understand the collaboration, well being and engagement of their people.

With different settings, this license can be tailored to suit the needs of a wide range of roles within a business from IT Administrators, Managers, Knowledge workers and Call Handlers.
