Billing Overview

Updating Billing Details

During the free trial, the app owner will be emailed a reminder to fill out billing details in order for Analytics 365 to continue running. Billing details must be updated in the Analytics 365 store, including the contact name, number and email address. This contact will then receive an email prompting them to visit the payment portal and complete the payment process.
This can also be accessed by a super admin user within the store by clicking on Edit Billing under Billing details.

Payments & Billing Period

Payment for Analytics 365 is made in advance. The day following the end of your trial period becomes your billing anniversary date. This is the date when your monthly or annual billing period begins and when you will receive your first bill.

Go to the payment portal, and enter your payment details. Under Invoice History, invoices can be viewed and downloaded in order to see exactly what is being billed.

Add Licences

This is done in the Analytics 365 store. To add more licenses, go to the Your Subscription section of the store and add the required number of licenses. Click Update.

New licenses are billed pro-rata on the subscription anniversary date.

Unassign & Cancel Licenses

To remove licences, first unassign these within the Analytics 365 app under Settings > People > Subscription. Once unassigned, return to the Store to reduce the licences within the Your Subscription section. Click Update. This will cancel the license.

Licenses that have been cancelled are valid until the end of the billing period as payment has been made in advance.
