During August 2026, Microsoft withdrew support for call queue data in the Graph API. Consequently, the standard product is no longer able to display live calls in queue.
For users that need live calls in queue data, we have been working hard to restore this capability.
To add live calls in queue data to Call Analytics, you will need to subscribe to Analytics 365 Call Recording with Conversation Analytics and purchase at least one recorded user license to activate the app. This licence does not need to be assigned to a user. Recording data is then shared with Call Analytics to display live calls in queue.
If provisioning Analytics 365 Call Recording with Conversation Analytics in Microsoft Marketplace, you will be prompted to set Microsoft Recording Policy
- Click on the Recorded Users button.
- Select the Call Queue recording tab.
- For each Call Queue you wish to monitor, set Microsoft Recording Policy to ‘Convenience’ recording.
- Submit Changes to Microsoft
- Return to Call Analytics and check number of calls in queue are displayed
If configuring an existing Analytics 365 Call Recording with Conversation Analytics deployment to share calls in queue data with Call Analytics
- Enter the recording portal with Analytics 365 & Microsoft Global Admin permissions.
- Select Settings from the main menu.
- Select System Settings from the sub menu.
- Click on Platform Details to set Microsoft recording policies.
- Click on the Recorded Users button.
- Select the Call Queue recording tab.
- For each Call Queue you wish to monitor, set Microsoft Recording Policy to ‘Convenience’ recording.
- Submit Changes to Microsoft.
- Return to Call Analytics and check number of calls in queue are displayed
